      flexible work hours, great compensation, friendly teammates, everyone can pitch in ideas, no hierarchy, compensates for any overtime beyond 8 hrs per day, 2 days off in weekends, and very good generous paid time off policy

      you get paid for any overtime, so comp is really good

      overtime is almost a necessity if you want to be a good performer. but that is the case at every startup now, so not really a con. more of a challenge
