Pros

Great company culture, great leadership. Very considerate management styles. Flexible PTO and completely remote across some of the major cities across the world.

Cons

Salaries are on the lower end. No bonuses. Restructuring caused the team to shrink and there's weird career progression implications. Things move slow in ladder terms.
