Wiser Solutions interview questions

I was recently interviewed for the Engagement Manager position at Wisor. The interview lasted about 13 minutes, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The interviewer seemed barely interested in hearing about my background or contributions. Instead, she simply read out the job description which I was already well aware of and appeared distracted, possibly working from home and looking around during the call. I understand that not every candidate may be the perfect fit, but I don’t believe anyone deserves to be ignored or treated disrespectfully. I’ve worked hard to complete my qualifications, pay off my loans, and build my career. I’m a strong candidate who can truly contribute if given a fair opportunity. This experience left me quite disheartened. I did not expect such an unprofessional and dismissive approach from a company with an international presence. It certainly reflected poorly on the work culture and recruitment standards.

4 rounds - screening call, video call with HR, interview and presentation with hiring manager, meeting with global head of team. All of the team members were really interesting and friendly and HR kept you updated. Unfortunately they went on hiring freeze during process.
