        Pros

Be aware. Those who are not doing great are being FIRED. Of course, if your supervisor doesnt like you, he will tell the manager to fire you. You are expected to act nice, even if he acts like a sociopeth. Due to the lack of employees, extra work and extra ghost hours(non-paid over time) are expected. Of course, you can't work ghost hours.

        Cons

A lof of show has ended and a lot of employees are laid off. People started to unionize, and they will send you endless messages on SNS until you join them. Do not expect a raise, or 'Average' salary. But its nearly impossible to go to another studio right now, because so many talented people are also laid off somewhere (DSNY for example)

I had an interview late August, sent a thank you the same day, followed up when they said they would get back to me, and then again a week later and I got no response. I gave up and they just sent me an email saying the position was on hold and they hoped to have an update at the end of the week. I'd still like to see what they might offer me so what could I say in response?

I just got an email from Norton that someone ran a reputation report on me. I didn’t run it. I just finished a second round interview yesterday. Do you think it’s HR doing due diligence or a scammer? Is running reputation reports common practice?
