Wonderful company to work for. respectful and kind people, they make you feel like family. There is always something going on for their employees and residents to show appreciation.
Most of the people who work here really care about other people and the residents. Busy days with a lot of fun people. The community cares about its employees. I have worked a lot of places and very few are as focused on the employee as Whitney Center. I enjoy working here.

Small community so not a lot room for advancement unless someone leaves and most people are happy and stay in their job.
