Wonderful company to work for - Receptionist Whitney Center Employee Review

Everyone at Whitney Center, particularly upper management, embraces and promotes a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Honestly can't think of one.

I loved working for Whitney Center. The staff were great to work with as a team to care for our patients. I had 10 rehab patients with various diagnoses. I would pass medication, and collaborate with the therapists for when each patient would be scheduled for rehab to pre-medicate them for comfort. Patient Advocate to stand up for my patient's wishes. Patient and family education on any injection, device that the patient would go home with so that they would be able to administer or take care of an appliance, foley catheter care, ostomy/urostomy. Document all care into the PCC system. Admissions, I would do a full body check upon admission for a skin check, and monitor any IV access, and wounds present upon admission. obtain vital signs and an admission weight. Review all orders from the hospital with the covering MD, once verified, enter orders into computer and document detailed note.

Honestly, nothing I can think of off-hand.
