      Pros

      As a multinational company, we have the opportunity to interact with many different people. There are a wide variety of products available, and you can see many rare products that you would never see in your daily life. Things that are no longer popular in Japan are popular overseas, and I feel the difference from Japan e In addition, although warehouse work is sometimes thought of as one person working silently and individually, teamwork is good, so if there is a problem, I cooperate with other people to proceed with the work. I often learn by seeing the ideas and methods of people around me.

      Cons

      Unlike domestic deliveries, overseas deliveries have a high risk of product damage, and we have to pack very carefully, so there are times when we need to be careful. Also, during the busy season, the amount of cargo increases, so we have to be more conscious of speed and efficiency than usual, but we also need to be able to respond to customer requests without fail, so we can work with our heads full.       -Good work-life balance. Unlike most Japanese companies, you are not expected to work overtime. - Multi-cultural work environment. Meet and work with people from around the world! - Grow with the company! Opportunities for advancement within the company!

      Cons

      - It’s still a growing company, so sometimes you may be asked to do jobs/tasks that aren’t in your area of work. However, you are always welcomed to have an open discussion with management at any time if you feel like it’s too much without facing any negative consequences. -Can be fast-paced/very busy during the holiday season
