      Pros

      My time at Webroot was great. We had a good work life balance, a competitive salary, and full benefits. The people I worked with, including management knew what they were doing and were a joy to work with.

      Cons

      When OpenText purchased Webroot, things mostly stayed the same (for better or worse). Many people left over the fear of this massive change, which caused chaos initially, but has stabilized. My job shrank down to a smaller focus. The competitive salary part stayed stagnant with very small annual salary adjustments every year and loss of bonuses.

      Worked here a while ago but it was a decent company to work for at the time.

      I had to make a lot of calls and not great lists to work from.
