Pros
Fun environment, employee focused, higher-ups are approachable and sometimes on the warehouse floor. Company activities including Christmas parties, lottery giveaways, chili cook-offs, etc. food truck on site once a month with free lunches. They also have a second chance program with drug and alcohol use where they will assist you into rehab or taking classes for drug and alcohol addiction problems.
Cons
Company keeps around employees that should be terminated based on performance or consistent mistakes.

Money was good, and job was easy to understand.
Cons
It was tough on the hands, 12 hrs shifts, had to fight to get forklifts.
