Manager gives you call on odd ours on weekends expecting you to work . Where’s the work life balance then ? Not very diverse range of clients as claimed. Clients are kept above than employees. Manager treat new hire as kids and they don’t know nothing. Job title does not align with job responsibilities. Manager thinks whatever they are doing is correct and takes up credit on your work . Loads of inner politics.
