Pros

The company genuinely has a welcoming work culture. However, I wouldn’t advise anyone to join in 2026 as they are losing client business. At one point Content Team handled 30 clients in total. But, it came down to just 12 clients in March 2026. Because of which they started downsizing. I was fired along with another peer in Content. Not just that, people were let go from SEO as well as Design Team. They were replacing high paying, full time people with interns willing to work at a meagre 9k per month. Talking about Pros- - Friendly Work Environment -Friendly HR Team -Hybrid mode given to many teams, including Content -Less work pressure -Less meetings -Less Quality Check and fuss (basically there’s no content editing or quality check because of which there’s no pressure): the reason they lost clients, I guess -Less pressure on writers (more on copywriters, that’s what I felt) -HR team never bothers you (which in a way is also a con, which I will explain in cons) -Flexible work hours -Only 5 days working. Saturday & Sunday are fixed off. -They give straight away 4 leaves during Diwali. They do it every year. -Content Writers are given 100% remote work and hybrid work ( at one point I was going office once in 3 months). They follow hybrid, coz they have sitting space crunch -Location is very close to metro station -They settle FnF very quickly for employees whom they remove (fnf is done as per normal payroll cycle). Fired employees are also provided documents pretty easily. So, when they are removing you, they are nice (gave me a chocolate lol). But yeah, the HR team is super nice. -If you are joining as a content writer, then you can opt for WFH/Hybrid. However, copywriters are required strictly to work from office.

Cons

-They usually fire people when the work is not satisfactory as per the client. Here, project managers play a crucial role. If there is a client escalation on shoddy work, then PMs can request HR team head (Jyoti) to remove an employee -Firings were rare, but yeah, they lost many clients in 2026, so they removed many people -Their HR team lacks proper governance. Their ticketing system on Keka isn’t effective because HR team never checks tickets. If you ask them for anything, they only give the excuse that Keka isn’t working. For instance, if you request pay slip, and HR team is busy, they will boldly say that they will give later coz Keka is down. -Also they never make EPF payments on time. Sometimes the delay is as long as 1 year. They keep deducting monthly from your salary but deposit it after 7-8 months, sometimes a year. I even filled a complaint against them at regional epfo office in Sector 44, Gurgaon. They eventually do settle/deposit all epf payments in your account but yes they do it when they want and not monthly as per the norms. -Payslips are not automatically generated. You won’t see them on Keka. You have to request it from HR team (against transparency, if you ask me) -Such meagre and low hikes: they only gave me 50k hike while joining (yes that’s correct), I only joined coz of hybrid work mode. I mean they are bit low on business. So expect very very low hike. They ask you during interview if the salary is negotiable, then later on post selection, they offer just 50k increase on previous salary. -Another thing, they say they will provide appointment letter within 1 week of joining, but take months to do that. They will give you a very bizarre excuse that their scanner isn’t working or scanner isn’t free. -Very less leaves- just 7 sick leaves & 12 earned leaves (total = only 19 leaves/year) -However, leaves are easily approved. Also, there’s never any loss of pay. Whether you forgot to mark attendance or whatever, they are nice enough to credit full salary without any loss of pay. In that sense, they aren’t harsh. -Lots of governance issues in Finance & HR Team, but if governance issue doesn’t bother you, then yeah, it’s a good company to work at. -Also, they will drag you and never give any appraisals. I mean, I worked for 2 years, but never got any appraisal. -Salary is credited on 10th or later if 10th falls on weekend
