      1. The company encouraged innovative thinking and allowed us to experiment with new ideas. 2. The team there was fantastic. Everyone was willing to lend a hand, and there was a real sense of teamwork and collaboration. 3. I had many opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The leadership genuinely cared about our development and offered plenty of training and career advancement opportunities.
