      A Lot of Work

      Pros

      This company will devote a lot of resources to maintain their lead in the industry. This opens a lot of room for individuals to grow and learn with the company. They offer an apprentice schooling program with local unions. Open door policy for everyone, including CEO and presidents. Free lunches on Fridays.

      Cons

      Little direction and support from upper level management. Higher ups like to micro-manage staff to pinch pennies instead of investing time on critical processes. Because there is so much opportunity, there are not a lot of standards within the company, so templates and processes can have multiple styles which result in workflow confusion.

      Management fires you when they think you're overpaid.

      Pros

      Once you establish yourself. After a month or two you'll have the ability to work overtime every week. We were paid weekly and we were required to work minimum of 50 hours/week and maximum of 54 hours/week. This was the stand for the whole year of 2024

      Cons

      Once upper-upper management found out I was making $29/hr while everyone else was making I think around $17-24/hr they fired me, even though I was one of their highest producers and well behaved employee. I never caused any trouble, was friendly to everyone and never made any enemies. I don't take it personal, it's just business, they could hire two people for the price of me and that's exactly what they did.

      Learning experience. That's about it.

      Cons

      . Poor leadership . Poor vision . No commission for sales . No bonus . Crappy expense report system . No where to go in the company . High turn over . Being an hour early, leaving an hour late and sacrificing time with family are signs of loyalty . Running techs ragged . Underpaid for the work required . High stress . Weekend work, answering calls, for no additional pay . Leaders walk around using corporatese and jargon picked up from self help books Just stay away
