High Turnover - No confidence in management team

Pros

Compelling technology with competitive edge on security. We'll received among compliance and security oriented professionals. Some traction among Fortune 500 accounts.

Cons

High employee turnover last six months, over 20 employees have quit or been fired. Look up past employees on LinkedIn. Lost market share to Box.net and other competitors due to focus on document security not file sharing like Box.net. Sales management has missed quarterly revenue targets last two years and blames sales force for lack of execution. WatchDox board needs to hold management team accountable for lack of execution.
