Hot product, not so execution - Sales WatchDox Employee Review

Differentiated technology, very hot market

Crowded market, however most vendors offer very basic products that are not competitive in an enterprise environment

- Great product, getting better all the time, especially on the mobility side; amazing R and D team that is always shipping - Great people, all around the world - Truly differentiated technology for the enterprise segment; easy to explain the difference between WatchDox and Box or Dropbox - Hot market category that's only getting hotter

Having the HQ in Palo Alto, the field team spread out, and the R and D team in Israel makes it harder to develop a consistent company culture. Lots of interactions are over WebEx, email, Chatter, etc. rather than in person, and time zone differences make work/life balance a challenge.
