This company supports its employees and helps develop them on many different levels. The goal is to create competent, strong, and well rounded employees. I have experienced this in their internship program and as a full-time team member.

Pay is slightly above average, so starting off is nice.

Cons

Raises are a joke, resulting in pay that lags behind quickly. Management can’t seem to focus on a direction, causing constant chaos. This is from top level management all the way down.
