Pros
* Adopting new technologies really fast - its great place to learn for new developers and uplift their career. * Open culture; politics are not promoted within most of the teams.
Cons
* Strategy is somewhat weak. Sometimes builds stuff with tight deadlines without a proper understanding about real usage etc and throw away after sometime wasting so much of resources. * Deadlines are too short - affects work-life balance of many developers. This as worsen with the AI-era and some leads expect complex work done within days.
