Horrible flexibility/work life balance (set days for work in the office and if you can’t make it to the office they’d rather you take a day off rather than work from home), focus on clients but no focus on improving employees experience, focus on stats and performance, horrible training process, extremely high stress, different managers have different performance metrics they prefer- no consistency
