Great training but long wait times for projects

- Everything we need before starting a new project, they always have a training session and measure that we understand enough to work on the project.

Cons

- The project is not available always a we need it. It depends on the client and the team leader for each language. It means we have to wait until they have an assignment; the period of waiting can be 7 weeks to 1-2 months, depending on demand.
