      Pros

      1. We have a great culture 2. Lots of opportunities to do things that interest you -> technologies, industries... We are all over the place! 3. We are small enough that everyone has a voice. We implement good ideas no matter where they came from! 4. Management genuinely care and are amazingly flexible. 5. Fun and super relaxed environment. 6. Employee Owned!!!! 7. We are constantly growing! 8. Established relationships with some great partners

      Cons

      1. We have a very flat hierarchy structure. There isn't alot of promotion opportunity 2. We can get pretty busy sometimes (though this is also a pro in my opinion)

      Pros

      + Small and focused project work + Freedom of development choices + Work is largely done independently of others + Work is consistent, rarely having a gap of work available + Coworkers are invested in the quality of the work + I definitely felt like there was a lot less pressure and stress here than prior workplaces.

      Cons

      - With such a focus on independence, there aren't really "teams". This can be a pro for some, a con for others. - The organization of more complicated projects is still a bit lacking, but they are definitely working on improving that. You'd just need to bear with a bit of the minor growing pains that comes with that.
