Pros

The company is in a really exciting place right now. There is a lot of new thinking, especially around AI and how it can improve healthcare operations, and it feels like the business is moving onto a very promising path. One thing I appreciate is that the company is willing to try new things and look for better solutions rather than staying stuck in old ways of working. That does mean the environment can move quickly, but it also makes the work feel meaningful and forward-looking. Compensation is also a strong positive. Salaries are very competitive, and the equity options make employees feel more connected to the company’s future. There are also a lot of smart, committed people here who genuinely want to do good work.

Cons

Because the company is evolving quickly, priorities can sometimes shift. It is a better fit for people who are flexible and comfortable with change.

The Employees Deserve Better

Pros

The employees are the best part of the company. There are hardworking, intelligent, and adaptable people throughout the organization who genuinely care about their work, their clients, and each other. Many employees go above and beyond despite limited resources and support. The company continues to operate and grow largely because of the dedication and resilience of its staff.

Cons

Beware of the positive reviews. Some employees were pressured by the CEO to post positive online reviews to protecting the company’s failing reputation, which rarely addressed the real issues employees were experiencing internally. The biggest issue at this company is leadership, specifically the CEO. Team meetings often created an uncomfortable and demoralizing environment where employees were spoken to in a dismissive or publicly critical manner. Morale was consistently low, and many employees felt undervalued and afraid to speak openly. Leadership lacked transparency and consistency. Expectations and responsibilities frequently changed, while employees were expected to take on increasing workloads without adequate support, recognition, staffing, or fair compensation. Going above and beyond was rarely rewarded and usually resulted in even more being placed on the same employees. What keeps this company functioning is the employees. There are incredibly hardworking, intelligent, and adaptable people across the organization who genuinely care about their work and go above and beyond despite the environment they are working in. The team deserves far better leadership, communication, support, and respect than what they currently receive. The benefits offered were awful. Only this year did employees receive a 3% employer 401k match, and a handful of employees do not get health insurance - at a healthcare company!

Pros

Some coworkers were hardworking and supportive.

Cons

Terrible leadership and one of the worst company cultures I’ve experienced. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and completely undervalued. Going above and beyond means nothing here — hard work is rewarded with more work, not recognition, growth, or fair compensation. Management is disrespectful, disorganized, and disconnected from employees. The CEO is rude and offensive, and HR exists to protect management, not employees. Concerns are ignored, communication is poor, and there is little to no accountability from leadership. The company expects loyalty while giving none in return. Morale is extremely low, turnover is high, and employees are treated as disposable. There is also an unhealthy focus on protecting the company’s image instead of addressing the actual problems internally. Overall, this is not a place where employees are respected, supported, or valued, and I would not recommend working here
