      Great local vibe, but leadership is failing the company

      Pros

      Local communities are great with a lots of activities besides day to day work and good vibe.

      Cons

      Leadership is actively wasting the greatest value of this formerly great company with layoffs and furloughs. Company doesn't have a great vision how to manage uncertainty and the best people are massively fleeing to other companies.

      Pros

      - Co-workers are great, you could trust them, and working with them were always a pleasure - Office spaces are nice - The culture at least were supportive for growth, immediate supervisors supported in your professional path - Community leads and "middle management" are great

      Cons

      - Constant change in the leadership, no clear vision and reactive behaviour - Constant change negotiations - People that were the only resource this company had, have been moving elsewhere. The very same people that made this company great place. - Compensation were nice, probably not anymore though - Benefits have steadily been removed one by one

      Pros

      If you like to work in the interesting projects and don´t mind the overall athmosphere and business, there is plenty to offer. Workmates are professional and local communities are stellar with nice events and activities.

      Cons

      The culture has changed more to a corporational side and siloed teams exist. The internal communications and transparency are not as good as they were couple of years ago. Leadership quality varies a lot.
