Pros

Good pay especially for college students. On slow days we could sit there and study while waiting for a call to come in.

Cons

Training was not consistent other workers did not care about doing their job correctly the first time, so customers would just call back in.

Pros

Flexible with schedule. Was able to pick up 5 to 28 hours in the Dallas Call Center. Nice product being sold who does not love sports?

Cons

The pay is low and when they brought in a new account they didn't give us a raise.
