      Pros

      Good pay especially for college students. On slow days we could sit there and study while waiting for a call to come in.

      Cons

      Training was not consistent other workers did not care about doing their job correctly the first time, so customers would just call back in.

      Pros

      Very relaxed, laid back to the extent that people are way too busy devising ways to keep their jobs secured by not sharing any knowledge among co-workers.

      Cons

      One will learn how to fool the management by lying how much was accomplished, learn to put down others who are smarter. Engineering management will definitely fire if one is smarter than the hiring authority.
