      - Great benefits - Good pay overall (heavily depends on role) - Unlimited PTO - Extremely talented ICs - Very rapid growth and potential upside

      Cons

      - Lacklustre organizational structure - A bit too engineer-centric, some parts of the org are not well supported - Aligning priorities with some managers can be hard. As imminent targets are very high, they have very little incentive to recognize and incentivize long-term strategies - The "ship" culture can be more of a curse than a blessing. Corners are often cut to meet dubious deadlines

      An amazing level of talent to work with. Guillermo, the CEO, and the leadership team are very hands-on and inspiring. Always pushing the web forward. Great compensation package and 100% remote friendly. Incredible Slack culture.

      It's a very fast paced environment, with a high learning curve.
