They claim to follow agile practices, but senior engineers expect you to scope and deliver complex work in unfamiliar systems at the speed of someone who’s been there for years. There’s little support or onboarding to help you ramp up. In short, you get about three months to prove you can perform like a veteran engineer for junior-level pay — otherwise, you’re gone. Avoid this company unless you enjoy instability and unrealistic expectations.
