      Mentors and seniors are very supportive. Remuneration and incentive policy is very attractive and environment is good.

      Cons

      There is no such downside I feel in the organisation.

      Pros

      Great owners that care about their people. Everyone is kind and wants to help you succeed. I never felt uncomfortable asking for help or mentors. Tons of great perks and a ton of fun! Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with. The company is self-funded and in black. Leadership's push for continuous improvement of processes, metrics, bonuses, and new benefits is great. The company is truly built on great principles and values and they stand by them. Management is humble, kind, and approachable. They take a special interest in who you are and what you want out of your job.
