Pros
The hiring process is quick, and there is not too much oversight, depending on your management. The work is simple and easy.
Cons
Poor management and standardization, they have grown too quickly and are losing their grasp on their employees and control of their sites. They also operate a bit of a revolving door when it comes to new employees, very little training and bad retention.
