Not paid for miles or gas unless the trip is long enough, which is loosely determined by HR and not consistently upheld. Not appreciated for work performed. Refused to pay for any type of reimbursement regarding automobile accidents occurring on the clock unless there is physical injury or death. Using “unlimited PTO” is frowned upon. Complaints or requests to management are not seriously taken.

For the amount of work and traveling we did as technicians, we felt as though we weren’t getting the proper pay. We were sent to client sites that would required parking passes and because the company didn’t want to do their part in getting these for us we would get parking tickets/fines because we would have to park in closer proximity’s because we were traveling with a lot of equipment. We would put our personal money into the “company van” and told we couldn’t be reimbursed for it because “we” used the vehicle to perform our job.
