Poor management - Calibration Technician II VALOGIC Employee Review

They didn’t know what was going on most of the time

Had to provide your own vehicle and they would try every way to not compensate for whatever drive to our clients

We always got paid on time.

For the amount of work and traveling we did as technicians, we felt as though we weren’t getting the proper pay. We were sent to client sites that would required parking passes and because the company didn’t want to do their part in getting these for us we would get parking tickets/fines because we would have to park in closer proximity’s because we were traveling with a lot of equipment. We would put our personal money into the “company van” and told we couldn’t be reimbursed for it because “we” used the vehicle to perform our job.
