      It was a pay cheque.

      Cons

      I was expected to purchase for 3 plants, cover for receiving, design the warehouselayout and set up parts in the sytem. Unachievable expectations from the boys promoted to mgnt without any skills or knowledge of their positions. I was forced to punch in and out everyday and my supervisor refuse to pay for any overtime and he personallywould chang my time card. I think thats theift.

      Management of the maintenance is terrible, virtually clueless and micro-manager

      Notwithstanding the dusty environment, it could be a good place work.

      Cons

      A place of last resort. Technical persons are mandated to remove stones from production line in the quality control area. The dominant spoken language in Maintenance should be English Longs hours
