Pros
Great ability to meet tons of people with opposing demographics. Maintaining great residential relations with the tenants as well as the prospects.
Cons
Considerably, I qualify myself as a perfectionist and I find myself overworking. When I began a project I have to master it, even if my time does not allot me to do so.
