      Great people, poor upper management.

      Free health insurance and autonomy to manage your work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Micromanagent of minor issues and a lack of decision-making on major issues. Upper management (owner is too old) is no longer able to keep up with what is needed for the company to succeed in the future.

      Pros

      Other than the holiday events and gas reimbursement, there wasn't much. I would trauma bond with other people that were in fear of speaking up during meetings or expressing creative ideas (because they'll get shot down if they don't align with leadership team's vision).

      Cons

      Working here felt like one of the most depressing times of my life. It has a lot of potential to be a great company but the leadership team (aside from Matt) is absolutely bonkers.
