Pros
Their facility is air conditioned and they pay people in the form of US currency. Outside of most management the people who work there are great to work with.
Cons
You will likely be asked to perform functions beyond the scope of what you were hired for (on top of the things you're hired for). That project will inevitably be an Excel spreadsheet that gets printed out and hand delivered because they operate in the 90's.
Project scopes and requirements are changed so frequently and without warning that much of the work you output is futile in the end.
This company lacks the basic fundamentals of communication and process controls so there is zero alignment between departments and stakeholders. Success comes from sheer will. It's kind of impressive actually.
Through egomaniacal behavior, impulsivity, and lack of emotional control, top management has created a culture of yes men. Like one of their "good" ideas, principle is seldom found.
So many meetings. The Jack Welch-wannabe treats his meetings like an hour long TED talk that sows wisdom. You'd get better information reading YouTube comments under flat earther videos.
Overall, the people who do the day to day grinding are fantastic, but culture comes from the top and its toxicity doesn't allow anyone to thrive.
