Pros
Company is very junior so they have no problem hiring new employees fresh out of college or a bootcamp. Hybrid work schedule. Cool people to work with
Cons
Pay is extremely low 45-75k for software engineers Benefits arent that great either. Tight deadlines. Not much growth. Infrastructure and standards for most projects are not up to industry standards as I found that out after switching companies and interviewing. WLB isnt that great. Leadership constantly says they will improve and make things better for engineers but fail to do so time and time again.

Pros
One of the best company culture's I have been a part of. They really focus on helping you reach your goals as a developer and giving you the flexibility to do so. They also have a four day work week and allow some flexible work options.
Cons
The space limits their ability to provide super competitive compensation.
