      I recently joined the team and I am really glad I made the decision to move to TurningPoint! The staff has been very welcoming and helpful as I learn about the nuances within Utilization Management support. The best thing about TurningPoint is definitely the PEOPLE!

      The support model provided by TurningPoint is very complex and unique to each client and health plan we partner with. I hope we will enable further industry standardization.

      My leader is positive and personal. She explains things in a way I can understand and promptly. She extends the same warmth to the team. Everyone has been welcoming.
