Transparent Value is a great place to work as it gives an ample time to enhance your knowledge, it encourages employee initiative, provides flexibility to balance personal life and supports employees. Provides very good training and mentoring. Management is very employee friendly and always consider employees' request.
Cons
No Cons as such. But sometimes, the co. is slow to take tough decision with regard to under performing employees.
