Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Traffic Tech strives to have a positive work environment for all of our employees in all offices. We are sorry you did not have the best experience, however, we actually have a very diverse work environment, even at the executive level. We understand that our offices provide the opportunity for fun, allow casual attire, and a may have a laid-back feel, but we certainly don’t tolerate unprofessionalism. We like to treat our employees like family, and we have an open-door policy to voice any and all concerns to make sure we maintain a respectful workplace. We can assure you that we operate with the utmost integrity in regards to our employment practices, and we encourage individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels to join the Traffic Tech team. Traffic Tech appreciates our employees, and we reward them frequently! We even offer perks such as all-expense paid parties and bonus PTO during the holidays—we understand family comes first, and we like to see our employees take advantage of the time they have out of the office. We also promote a philanthropic environment by participating in local charities and helping out current employees in their time of need. Although our environment is casual, unprofessionalism in our offices is never encouraged. We pride ourselves on the impressive tenure of our management teams and provide advancement opportunities for our employees whenever possible. We are a growing company in a fast-paced industry with new challenges to tackle everyday, so we understand the atmosphere is not a fit for everyone. But we have recently made additions to our HR department and encourage an open-door policy where you can voice your concerns. Thank you for your comments; we take them very seriously and look at this as an opportunity to address and correct any issues that may have caused this.
