Pros

The company had management issues in the past. But they cleaned it up. Management is smart and lets people ideas. Great place to work so far.

Cons

The code has some age. It works nicely which is a great feat. But if you want to work on the something new and shiny, you won't like it. However, if you like to help improve robust and highly technical code, you are at the right place.

1. Good company culture which allow you to communicate smoothly and efficiently. 2. Location is good. In the heart of downtown Montreal, the commute is really easy(especially in the winter). 3. Efficient. If you need help in your job, you can always find someone to help you. 4. A lot of talented people that you can learn from.

Cons

So far so good, nothing to complain.

Pros

Management is actually listening to their employees. The HR department is involved in the employees’ career and has regular contact with them. There is room to learn and suggest ideas.

Cons

No framework is used, everything is in-house so improving knowledge on some technologies other than Java can be difficult. Some of the code base is a little outdated and in dire need of cleanup/best practices implementation. It can be difficult to evolve in your role if you want to be involved in more than just development.
