      Pros

      Open space (People are leaving all the time, so a lot open desks).

      Cons

      No bonus year after year ($500 as year end bonus.....). people who works hard and has real value to the company, are leaving one by one. Long hours, free lunch on Wednesday is a $2 sandwich. Management team is as bad as it gets, and a lot politics.

      Good hours, free lunch on Wednesdays.

      Cons

      Very poor compensation, outdated technology, partners are not open to new ideas and strategies, little collaboration between different groups, no exit opportunities.

      bad management, bad culture

      Pros

      hard to find any, it could be your worse nightmare.

      Cons

      1). Bad up level management, constantly make bad decisions, employee pay for them. 2). Salary near bottom, no promised increase. 3). No bonus, even the team make millions year after year. Other than base salary, you got nothing. 4). Close door decisions, a lot politics. 5). Technology is a joke, 10 years behind top tier competitors.
