1). Bad up level management, constantly make bad decisions, employee pay for them. 2). Salary near bottom, no promised increase. 3). No bonus, even the team make millions year after year. Other than base salary, you got nothing. 4). Close door decisions, a lot politics. 5). Technology is a joke, 10 years behind top tier competitors.
