3yAlthough we take all pieces of feedback with humility, this review doesn’t seem to be from a TouchSource or former TouchSource individual. The role that the reviewer describes (Sales Northeast for over a year) has only been in place for a few months and the previous employee was fired for ethical behavior in Oct 2021. We suspect that person is acting in a malicious manner.
Regarding the other points:
- TouchSource’s voluntary attrition remains lower than industry averages while we manage to high performance in sales and other roles.
- TouchSource price adjustments have been significantly lower than CPI for the past 5 years and only are done to reflect supply chain realities.
It’s disappointing to see a malicious post like this when TouchSource maintains an employee engagement score in the top 10% of all tech companies and is frequently celebrated for our unique, diverse, and fun culture.
