TouchSource interview questions

Had a pretty quick interview with TouchSource, getting schedule for an interview was an easy process. The actual interview however didn’t seem that great. When I tried to walk through my relevant experience and connect it to the role, it seemed like the interviewer wasn’t particularly interested or engaged, which made it difficult to build any real rapport. It honestly left me wondering why I was selected to interview in the first place, since there didn’t seem to be much curiosity about my background or how I could contribute. The interviewer clearly stated during the interview that I would hear back by the end of the week, I never received any follow-up which was disappointing. It’s especially ironic given that their website emphasizes values like “People matter” and “We make commitments and stick to them.” My experience didn’t reflect those values at all.
