      - new CEO is bright, driven and pushes for the best out of everyone - peers are also intelligent, and there's a sentiment of everyone wanting everyone to succeed - on the cutting edge of customer success, which is exciting to be a part of - the company absolutely cares about my wellbeing - flexible schedule and mental health days regularly

      Cons

      - there is a lot of work to be done, which some days, can feel overwhelming. nothing outside of normal startup stuff though.

      Pros

      Leadership team has worked hard to focus entire organization on the most meaningful areas. Lots of opportunity to get involved and develop in those areas you are interested in. Friendly and supportive team all round.

      Cons

      Not quite there yet with all the processes for scale, but there is a clear path forward for many of them, and options to get involved to help improve the others.
