      Young group of smart professionals. The office is also a perk.

      1. Lack of transparency from leadership 2. HIGHLY CONCENTRATED IN MLP-SPACE 3. Lack of diversification 4. What felt like a progressive workplace, was not at the end of the day.

      Leadership is clueless about where they want to go and how they get there. Open door policy about simple issues but the minute you bring up something serious you'll be sent to corporate Siberia.
