A few of the things that have kept me at Time Doctor are: - The people - I like all the people I work with. They're driven, supportive, & collaborate well. - Autonomy - I'm trusted to make decisions, and my input is valued by more senior leaders. I've seen this culture throughout the company. - Constant change & growth - Since we're a growing company, there are always new challenges & opportunities arising. It's never boring!
Cons
Because we're a team that works from home around the world, it's occasionally necessary to attend meetings that are early in the morning or in the evening. The plus side is that aside from the meetings that I need to attend, I'm pretty free to choose my own work schedule.
