      No Innovation, No Voice, Just Orders

      Salary. That’s it. There’s no other meaningful reason to join.

      Cons

      No work-from-home (WFH) flexibility at all. Micromanaged and tightly controlled by Serbian leadership—expect zero autonomy. You’re not hired to think or contribute ideas, just to follow instructions. A clear culture of favoritism—those who flatter management get ahead, not those who perform. Career growth is practically non-existent, and there’s no serious effort to adopt modern technologies. Your opinions and suggestions have no value; decisions are dictated top-down. Overall environment can feel demotivating if you value learning, ownership, or innovation.
