Why as a fresher you won't join Thought2Binary

Their is no worth if you join this organisation, and you will regret your decision if you join this organisation as a fresher.
Cons
First of all they have only 5 employee and their workplace is of size 15*30 i.e. it is not enough capable handling more than 20 candidate if they are called for interview. They call more than 50 candidate for interview and if by chance all the candidate come at same time , then they told candidate to wait outside of building :(, this really frustrate me. After this their first round would be aptitude round in which set of 30 question would be asked , don't worry this is offline test and u need only 19+ marks to crack this, after thire their would be an programming test in which you need to write a piece of program on a paper and they will ask you how it work. Since i am an electronic and communication student so i don't have any knowledge of SQL,Data structure etc . So they ask in how many day i'll learn all these and at same time they are offering me 3.00 L/PA package. So i think i better to reject this offer and i have taken off form their.

1 - Some people in the team are helpful. 2 - You can ask for help. 3 - On time Salary
Cons
1 - Work timings (11-13 hours per Day) 2 - Politics to throw you out. 3 - Hire and Fire Policies 4 - No Notice period from company side , They can hire you and if you want to leave you have to give a 2 months Notice Period but they can fire you anytime. Everyday is your last day. 5 - No feedback is honest. You will be mentaly harassed and they will give you excuses to extend your Probation periord. 6 - Probation period :- You will initially being told that you have one month notice period but it will keep on extending as the leadership team thinks you are not doing good. 7 - If you are working from home you only have to travel to get the company asset(laptop) and they will not going to reimburse a single Penny.

5yIt was unfortunate that we onboarded and trusted such an experienced team member who let us down with poor deliveries. You were an experienced resource but even freshers were outperforming you in terms of timely delivery of quality work. Inefficiency, not learning from mistakes and lack of interest led to your poor performance.
Thoughts2Binary as a company strongly believes in fair play policies and equal opportunities to all deserving team players. No one is expected to work 10 to 11 hours in a day. We are a 5 days a week company with realistic expectations.
In any growing and fast paced company repeated mistakes would not be tolerated. Talent and zeal to learn and grow have always been appreciated in T2B and we would continue to do the same. But yes underperformers will not be able to survive @T2B.
All company related invoices are reimbursed on time with zero error tolerance.
Would like to wish you 'All the best for your next venture, hope you learn from past mistakes and improve there on.'
