It was unfortunate that we onboarded and trusted such an experienced team member who let us down with poor deliveries. You were an experienced resource but even freshers were outperforming you in terms of timely delivery of quality work. Inefficiency, not learning from mistakes and lack of interest led to your poor performance. Thoughts2Binary as a company strongly believes in fair play policies and equal opportunities to all deserving team players. No one is expected to work 10 to 11 hours in a day. We are a 5 days a week company with realistic expectations. In any growing and fast paced company repeated mistakes would not be tolerated. Talent and zeal to learn and grow have always been appreciated in T2B and we would continue to do the same. But yes underperformers will not be able to survive @T2B.
