      We are leading a whole new practice that might reshape how businesses function (i.e., thinking and working journey-centric); led by great minds that push the company and team to new heights! Coworkers are talented and smart and friendly. Flexible work practices that allow us to benefit from remote work, while still getting things done.

      Growth at a startup can be ambiguous with lots of pivoting - not for everyone!

      Culture is great, there's good humans in key positions of leadership. Salary decent for market. Good perks.

      Cons

      Really low quality of standards in terms of work. Speed is better than decent functional software, tons of regressions, performance issues, and low recognition for people trying to improve things.
